- {Prepare of batang Tempe potong 3x4cm.
- {Take of lembar rumput laut.

- Potong lembaran rumput laut memanjang, kemudian ikatkan di tempe dgn cara ujung rumput laut di masukan kemudian putar dan ujung satunya di masukkan kembali ke dalam belahan tempe, lakukan sampe habis..
- Masukan garam, kaldu jamur, merica bubuk ke dalam tepung, campur rata, kemudian tuangkan air sampe encer ya, tapi ya jangan terlalu encer 😉.
- Kemudian masukkan tempe yg dibalut rumput laut kedalam larutan tepung, goreng sampai berwarna kecoklatan, lakukan sampai habis.
